Vintage St. Clair Art Glass Sulphide Cat Paperweight -no Markings Second

Up for sale is a beautiful vintage art glass paperweight crafted in the tradition of the famous St. Clair glasshouse (Elwood, Indiana). This hand-blown piece features a highly detailed, white dimensional ceramic-style sulphide insert of a fluffy Persian-style cat or kitten playing with a pink ball. Design & Color: The white cat figurine is nestled over a vibrant, light blue and white ribbon-swirl glass base. Because this piece was entirely handcrafted, the swirl patterns and the cat's expression are completely unique. Markings & Authenticity: The base features a deeply ground and polished pontil mark with a frosted texture. This item does not bear a stamped signature or date. Consistent with St. Clair production practices of the 1960s/1970s, this piece was a factory second—sold originally with a paper or foil studio label that has since worn off. Has a scratch on top ,one on left side of cat , a flea bite , 2 glassblowing imperfections,  one on side and one on side of bottom edge ,I circled each imperfections,  scratches can be polished out
