When we sleep in polyester and microfiber bedding, we're swimming in microplastics all night, every night. One quick Google search will tell you that's terrible for the human body. Another 5 minutes of reading and you'll be ready to burn it all! It's true, we'll never be able to get rid of it all, but we can work to limit our exposure. It's especially important for our kids! I hope you'll join me on this health journey.
