This came from my grandmother's personal collection and has been stored for many years.  This appears to be an early 2010s Vinturi aerator, with packaging listing U.S. Patents 7,614,614 and 7,841,584. The box also states that the Vinturi body was made in the USA and designed and assembled in California.
