This historic piece of gaming memorabilia was originally available as an exclusive premium tie-in for David Crane's legendary track-and-field game The Activision Decathlon on the Atari 2600. While dedicated players who achieved high scores could mail in screen photos for embroidered patches, this premium wearable headband was part of an ultra-exclusive bundle package associated with the official Decathlon Grip Glove hardware release. Because of its extreme scarcity, historical comps are virtually non-existent.
