This is a smoker that allows you to easily enjoy authentic smoking.
You can use either smoke chips or smoke wood as smoking material depending on your needs, allowing you to enjoy a variety of smoked dishes.
Despite being able to use smoke wood, the outer cylinder has no holes on the sides.
It features a double-layer structure, with air intake and exhaust occurring at the top of the unit, allowing you to control smoke emission without smoke leaking from the sides.

The nets are self-supporting, eliminating the need for a separate drying net. This allows you to serve smoked food directly to the table without having to transfer each item individually.
This single unit can complete the entire smoking process, from the basic steps of [drying, smoking, and re-drying].
