Zippered main closure, dual top handles, cream vinyl lining inside. Matching zippered pouch included. Tote is 12 in wide by 9 in deep. Pouch is 8 in wide. Minor staining on the interior lining. Loose threads along the bottom of the pouch (does not affect use or closure). Otherwise gently used, no other issues.
