Description
Offered here is a U.S. military gold oak leaf rank insignia, used across multiple branches to denote the rank of Major (O‑4) or Lieutenant Commander (O‑4) depending on service. This example includes both the front insignia and back hardware, with dual clutch posts for secure uniform attachment. The reverse is clearly stamped 1/20 10K along with the H‑in‑star hallmark and the number 622, indicating gold‑filled construction and manufacturer identification. Both clutches show age‑appropriate patina consistent with vintage service wear.
