Momi Shiso (Rubbed Perilla Leaves) 700g - Red Shiso for cooking, furikake, and more

10.00 $
Description
Thank you for viewing my listing among so many others.

This product is perilla leaves that have been pickled with umeboshi (pickled plums).
It is not intended for pickling umeboshi, but is recommended for use in cooking.
You can microwave it, chop it, and make a furikake (rice seasoning) similar to Yukari.

We squeeze out as much liquid as possible so that it is not included in the net weight, so the perilla leaves may be clumped together. If this happens, please loosen them before use.
Also, please understand that there may be variations in hardness depending on how well they were pickled with umeboshi.

Salt content: approximately 18%
Net weight: 700g (squeezed as much as possible)
Ingredients: Red perilla, Ingredients [Salt, Plum vinegar]
Raw material origin: Domestic
Expiration date: November 2026
Storage method: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity.

This item will be shipped via postal service (Nekoposu). To prevent shifting, the box and product are taped in four places. However, please understand that the tape may come off during transit and the product may shift.
