Rare G. Hellström Sterling Silver Enamel Demitasse Spoon Set - Multicolor

This rare vintage Norwegian sterling silver and guilloché enamel demitasse spoon set was produced by the workshop of Gustav Hellstrøm in Stavanger, Norway. The Maker: ⁠Gustav Wilhelm Hellstrøm founded his retail shop and workshop in Stavanger in 1868. The renowned workshop specialized in high-end silver and vibrant guilloché enameling until it closed in 1957. Craftsmanship: The spoons are made of sterling silver (marked 925S), typically finished with a gold wash (vermeil). The vibrant, colorful engine-turned pattern visible under the colored glaze is a traditional Scandinavian technique known as guilloché enamel. Sold in its original antique box in excellent condition.
