Lined. No vents. Measurements when laid flat - Pit to pit -20 Shoulder -16.5 Sleeve -24 Length -28 This blazer has a history: the former owner was a buyer for Bloomingdales in the ''70s-early 2000s. She traveled extensively worldwide and was a purse designer herself. She got many samples and one-of-a-kind items; all will be sold through my store, so stay tuned!
