Vintage 1960 Samson Donkey Planter Blue Spaghetti Trim 7 Inch

Good vintage condition overall with age-related wear, surface dust, and areas that could use additional gentle cleaning. There is a larger grayish residue spot on the back. Similar residue was present on the front and carefully chipped away without damaging the planter, but I am not sure whether the remaining spot will come off. It has been left untouched to avoid causing damage. Charming vintage Samson ceramic donkey planter featuring a white textured body, sweet painted face, bright blue bridle, and delicate blue-and-white spaghetti-style trim around the mane, hooves, and tail. The planter is marked © Samson Import Co 1960 and 719 on the underside. The delicate applied trim shows scattered wear and small losses consistent with age. Despite the residue spot and age-related wear, this is a really lovely piece and is overall in great condition for its age. It displays beautifully and has so much vintage charm. Measures approximately 3.25w x 6.25D x 6.75 H Please read the full description and view all photos carefully — they are part of the description.
